Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at the official Topics Merch store, operated by Topics Chat Portugal Lda.

1. Production Time

Topics Merch products are produced after payment confirmation.
The production time is up to 15 business days after purchase.

This period may vary during high-demand periods, special campaigns, or operational limitations, and the customer will be informed if any exceptional delay occurs.

2. Shipping and Carriers

Once production is complete, the order is prepared and shipped via one of our partner carriers:

  • DPD

  • CTT

Delivery time depends solely on the SLA of the responsible carrier and may vary depending on the destination, time of year, or logistical conditions.

As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number (when applicable)

3. Delivery Time

Shipping times follow the estimated periods provided by the carrier (DPD or CTT).
Topics Chat Portugal Lda. is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as:

  • Strikes

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Holiday periods

  • Logistical constraints of the carriers

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are presented to the customer during checkout, before completing the purchase, and vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Weight/volume of the product(s)

  • Selected carrier (when applicable)

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided address information is correct and complete.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable may be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking

The customer can track the status of their order through the tracking link sent by email.

7. Shipping Damages

If the order arrives with damaged packaging or signs of tampering, the customer must:

  • Record the incident with the carrier at the time of delivery, and

  • Contact us immediately.

Cases of shipping damage will be assessed on an individual basis.
